   Great for the small stuff, and the triage advice was accurate and safe, always steering us toward a clinic visit when appropriate. The doctors clearly follow a strict safety protocol, which we value. Minor downside: during peak hours the express queue can add an hour or two, so do not expect instant replies at every moment. Overall a reliable everyday consultation channel.

   A fast, low-friction option for everyday health questions such as minor skin irritation, cold symptoms or medication reminders. We got a sensible answer within a couple of hours, with clear guidance on when the issue would need an in-person visit. The service is exactly right for its purpose: quick, affordable and reassuring for non-emergency concerns. It is not a substitute for a physical exam when symptoms are severe.
